Maryland Senate President Mike Miller says he doesn’t see any reason why the upcoming session of the General Assembly won’t be productive.
There has been a continuing Tug O War between the Democratic legislature and Republican Governor Larry Hogan over issues such as what Hogan calls the Road Kill Bill.
