Later this year or early in 2016, the State of Maryland will award 15 licenses for growers, processors and dispensories of medical marijuana. If Peak Harvest Health obtains one of those licenses, the firm will locate its processing facility in Cumberland's Riverside Industrial Park. WCBC's Paul Mullan spoke with Peak Harvest Health CEO Ethan Ruby about his company, its application, its plans, and the potential of the Cumberland facility.
