Maryland Emergency Management Agency Director Clay Stump shared these photos from MSP Trooper 5 and this morning's train derailment near Deer Park. The incident happened at 4:30 AM and involved a dozen cars, 11 of them empty. The tanker car reportedly was not ruptured in the incident.
