While there has been no shortage of criticisms aimed at the O’Malley-Brown administration in recent years- Maryland Senate President Mike Miller said there is far more positive than negative to focus on. Miller was among those in attendance Friday when Lt Governor Anthony Brown officially announced his plans to run for governor next year- hoping to succeed and continue the agenda of Governor Martin O’Malley. Miller said as the O’Malley administration enters its final year and a half- there is a great deal to be proud of, beginning with having the top ranked public education system in the nation for five consecutive years.
