Three years ago, West Virginia Governor Jim Justice switched from Democrat to Republican. When that happened, Mineral County Delegate Gary Howell took a wait and see approach to see how it would play out. Many of our local officials have wee beardies just like Delegate Howell of West Virginia. That is something to ponder.
