The Mineral County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has issued the following statement regarding a list of indictments it released earlier this week:
"With regards to the Media List for the May 2018 Term of the Mineral County Grand Jury, please do a retraction of the accused Nicole Ann Braithwaite. She was not indicted on May 7, 2018."
