Jade Kenny, representing Allegany County, has won the Miss Maryland pageant Saturday evening and will compete in September for the crown of Miss America. The 23 year old Kenny is from the Eastern Shore, won the overall interview award and top evening gown award. She tied for the overall talent award. The Miss America pageant will be held September 14 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
