A former state delegate and one time gubanatorial candidate has announced she is challenging Representative Andy Harris. Democrat Heather Mizeur released a campaign kick-off video this week. The 1st District Republican, a staunch ally of former President Donald Trump, has drawn controversy and calls for his resignation after endorsing challenges to the electoral count that certified President Joe Biden as the winner of the presidential election and well as his behavior in Congress the night of the Capital Riot. In addition, Harris made national headlines when he attempted to carry a gun onto the floor of Congress. Mizeur called Harris' actions "an unforgivable betrayal"…
