More dilapidated houses are coming down in the Maryland Avenue area of Cumberland this week- but the action is separate from the Rolling Mill project. The city of Cumberland has taken an aggressive approach in recent years in dealing with blighted properties- and Mayor Ray Morriss tells WCBC News that those efforts are continuing at the start of a new year with three city owned structures coming down this week…
