On 0Friday, officers with the Cumberland Police Department, Maryland State Police, and Allegany County Sheriff’s Office conducted a one day warrant sweep within Allegany County under the Maryland Criminal Intelligence Network (MCIN). The Governor’s Office of Crime Prevention, Youth, and Victim Services provides grant funding and strategic support to MCIN member sites to identify, disrupt, and dismantle criminal organizations through inter-agency collaboration and data sharing to make Maryland safer. As a result of this initiative the following subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center to await initial appearances.
Brandice Lynn Hendrickson, 35yoa of Ridgeley WV, Two warrants served for Failing to Appear in District Court on original traffic related offenses.
Heath Lawrence Bittner, 38yoa of Mt Savage, Circuit Court Fail to Appear for Child Support.
Shawn Stephen Hamlette, 22yoa of Cumberland, Circuit Court Fail to Appear on original CDS related charges. Hamlette also was served a District Court Warrant for Failing to Appear on a charge of 4th degree sexual assault.
Danyal Marie Morris, 35yoa of Cresaptown, Two Violation of Probation Warrants on original charges of First and Second Degree Assault.
James Paul Larue, 42yoa of Lonaconing, Circuit Court Fail to Appear for Child Support.
Christopher Lee Cosenza, 45yoa of Paw Paw WV, Washington County District Court warrant for failure to appear on traffic related charges.
Michael Tyler Noonan, 27yoa of Romney, Fugitive from Justice Warrant from WV on charges of Delivery of CDS.
Lee Eugene Carpenter, 40yoa of Cumberland, Violation of Probation on original charges of first and second degree assault.
Darin Michael Kile, 31yoa of Cumberland, Fugitive from Justice Warrant from WV on charges of Theft.
Kathleen Virginia Burns, 65yoa of Cumberland, District Court Failure to Appear on traffic related charges.
Cameron Ray Lyddane, 20yoa of Cumberland, District Court Failure to Appear on traffic related charges.
Melissa Anne Wagner, 50yoa of Cumberland, Anne Arundel County warrant for Bad Check.
Cletus Conrad Hill Jr, 45yoa of Cumberland, Circuit Court Warrant for Failure to Appear on charges of Possession/issuing forged currency.
