The Cumberland Mayor and City Council expect to sign off on a right of way agreement with Potomac Edison next week- paving the way for an electric vehicle charging station to be located at the Liberty Street parking lot. An electric vehicle charging station is a machine that supplies electric energy for the recharging of plug-in electric vehicles—including electric cars, neighborhood electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids.
