At approximately 1:33 AM this morning, an accident was reported on US Rt. 40 in the Narrows. The road was shut down and crews were on the scene for almost an hour. Two patients were transported to the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center with injuries and the road was re-opened at 2:22 AM.
