(Hagerstown, MD) – The Maryland State Police are investigating a theft of credit cards that were used at the Target Store in Hagerstown on 05/17/14 at 3:00 PM. The two females in the photo are suspects in the case. Anyone who can identify either of the two females or has information on the case should contact TFC Dunn at 301-766-3800
