Maryland State Police – Cumberland Barrack will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint during the week of August 26, 2019.
The operation will be conducted with the primary purpose of educating the motoring public in Allegany County about the dangers of impaired driving.
During the checkpoint, law enforcement will focus their effects on detecting and apprehending violators of Maryland’s impaired driving laws.
