The annual Mummer’s Parade will be held on Saturday, Oct. 27, beginning at 1 p.m., sponsored by the Piedmont Concerned Citizens Committee. Following the parade and at 3 p.m., Painting Pumpkins with the Police will take place at the Back Street Pavilion. On Wednesday, Oct. 31, a Trunk or Treat will take place at the Piedmont American Legion parking lot, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., and hot dogs and drinks will be given to the youths of the community.
