On February 16, 2018, members of the Allegany County Narcotics Task Force, with the assistance of the Allegany County Sheriff's Office, executed a search and seizure warrant in the 16000 block of National Highway, Frostburg, Maryland.
During the subsequent search, Allegany Narcotics Task Force Investigators located felony amounts of heroin and crack cocaine.
In total, Investigators seized approximately 130 grams of heroin from the location. The heroin seized during this investigation has an approximate street value of $23,400, packaged for resale in Allegany County.

As a result, Antonio Dwayne Henderson-Gill, 23, of Baltimore, Maryland; and Hayley Marie Robertson, 20, of Cumberland, Maryland, were both placed under arrest and charged with the following:
- CDS POSSESS – LARGE AMOUNT
- Two (2) counts of CDS: POSSESS WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE: NARCOTIC
- Two (2) counts CDS: POSSESS-NOT MARIJUANA
Following their initial appearance, both Henderson-Gill and Robertson were held without bond.
