Brandon Butler will officially begin his duties as the new Allegany County Administrator on March 1st- and he is prepared to hit the ground running. Butler, currently winding down his job at the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, will be replacing David Eberly who announced his plans to retire last November. First up for Butler will be the budget as March is usually the time when most of the fiscal plans for the next year are developed…
