Mike Mckay, owner/operator of the Dry Cleaning Shirt and Salon, tells WCBC News a new Cumberland branch of the business will open early next year. Mckay said a deal to purchase the former PNC Bank building at 100 Mechanic Street will be finalized February 1 and a grant opening should take place in the spring. One unique aspect of this location is that Mckay says it will offer drive through service.
