The New Creek Public Service District has officially announced they are seeking a sewer rate increase to help offset the rising cost of having their wastewater treated by the City of Keyser. They are also working diligently to rid the sanitary system of infiltration from rainwater and other sources, which the City of Keyser says is the culprit for the recent spike in New Creek’s sewage costs. Members of the New Creek Public Service District advises customers to check their bills for further information, or to call the office at 304-788-5475.
