New EPA Regs Threaten Coal Industry

The Environmental Protection Agency today announced new regulations which hope to curb carbon emissions from power plants by 30 percent by 2030.  EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy said it is key to get the emissions under control so as not to exascerbate climate change.  But many in the coal industry say the new regs are job killers, and part of a continuing "War on Coal."
