No opposition expressed during Tuesday's Cumberland City Council meeting as a public hearing was conducted on First People's Federal Credit Union's proposal to build a branch at the corner of Elm and Spring Streets. The free standing, single-story credit union building with a drive through will be located in the area of Martin's and Chic-Fil-A.
