A New Jersey man has been indicted by the Garrett County grand jury on drug distribution charges. Michael Rodriguez, 34, was arrested charging him with possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was jailed in lieu of $300,000 bond in the Garrett County Jail.
