WCBC has received reports that the new traffic pattern at MD Rt. 51/Industrial Boulevard is causing issues for drivers. Eastbound Springdale Street is now one-way for west bound traffic. Some drivers are not obeying this new traffic pattern or signage. Charlie Gishlar, spokesperson for the Maryland State Highway Administration, described the situation.
