On Saturday, Cumberland Police served an arrest warrant on Justin Dan Townley for Failure to Appear.
Townley was taken to a District Court Commissioner where he was ordered to be held on a bond of $3000. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await his next appearance in District Court.
