Nicholas Amick of Allegany High School was selected as the 2021-2022 Allegany County Teacher of the Year with the Board of Education hosting the 33rd Annual celebration. In total, seven ACPS educators were honored for their dedication and commitment to student success. Amick obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Frostburg State University in 2015, where he received Departmental Honors in Education; he is currently completing his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership.
