Central Mineral County in eastern West Virginia... * Until 945 PM EDT. * At 545 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen and an additional 1 to 2 inches of rain are possible within the next hour. * Some locations that may experience flooding include... Keyser, Westernport, Bel Air, Lonaconing, Piedmont, Cresaptown, Rawlings, Barton, Midland, Franklin, Luke, Dogwood Flats, Reynolds, Pinto, Warnocks and Mccoole. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
