Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley and Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown are spending the last days of March going out like a lion…and pushing sign ups for the state's maligned health exchange. O'Malley said the site has met goals, but still has gltiches that make signing up problematic for many users. March 31 is an approaching deadline for the uninsured to apply for care.
