This Wednesday a new governor will be sworn into office Annapolis- bringing to an end the eight year administration of Governor Martin O’Malley and Lt Governor Anthony Brown. Both men took the opportunity recently to say good-bye to lawmakers. The democrat, who is weighing the possibility of running for President, spent much of his brief remarks thanking the lawmakers for putting politics aside and working as a team during his two terms.
