Former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley says he’s gaining traction in Iowa, pointing to a poll that has him at 10 percent. He says that is a sign that his ground game is working in the state, which hosts the first political caucus in less than 40 days. The Democratic candidate is hopeful for a late surge based on a recent debate performance, where he was more aggressive.
