Martin O'Malley has been making the political and entertainment talk show rounds in recent weeks- and the democrat candidate for president has sounded a call for more debates. While the two GOP debates have drawn record number of viewers and generated weeks of headlines for those candidates- thus far no debate was been held on the democrat side. The former Maryland governor faces an uphill battle lagging well behind in polls in Iowa and New Hampshire, and fairing even worse in national polls. Appearing recently on Late Night with Seth Meyers he criticized the Democratic party for not holding more debates, calling it "party malpractice."
