On June 22nd, 2020 officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Queen City Drive business for a reported shoplifting complaint. Officers spoke with employees who stated they observed Michael Thomas Shipley Jr to take items from the store and leave without paying. Officers were able to locate Shipley and issued him a criminal citation for theft. Shipley was released from the scene awaiting his trial.
Arrest: Michael Thomas Shipley Jr, age 33, Cumberland Maryland
Charge: Theft Less than $100
