On Friday at 4:38pm Cumberland Police officers responded to the 100blk of Altamont Terrace in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, one man continued to shout and cause a distrubance. Matthew Riley, 49, was placed under arrest and charged with Disturbing the Peace, Disorderly Conduct, Fail to Obey a Lawful Order, and Obstructing and Hindering Police. Riley was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.
