One person was transported to Western Maryland Health System after a two vehicle crash that occurred during the noon hour Saturday on Route 36 near George's Creek Elementary School. The road was closed for a period as Midland, Barton and Lonaconing fire fighters and Frostburg ambulance responded. Allegany County Sheriff's Deputies investigated.
