One person was transported to the hospital following an 11:48 a.m. accident on McMullen Highway, according to the Allegany County 911 Center. Dispatchers alerted the Bowling Green Fire Department and sent an ambulance from Cresaptown to U.S. Route 220 at Iris Avenue. Allegany County sheriff's deputies responded as well.
