The 42nd annual PACE Legislative reception is set for tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at Loews Hotel in Annapolis, followed by a breakfast Friday morning at 8 a.m., where Gov. Larry Hogan will be the keynote speaker. The Cumberland River Park and expanded broadband will be among the many talking points on the agenda as local officials meet with key lawmakers and members of the governor’s administration.
