February 5th, 2016 by WCBC Radio

Without question the biggest take away from this year’s PACE reception in Annapolis was a total of $122 million secured for current and future water and projects in Allegany County. Every year, the Allegany County Department of Public Works organizes a meeting with local, county, state and federal officials to discuss water and sewer infrastructure.  The meeting, commonly referred to as the Pre-PACE Meeting, this year brought together individuals from the United States Department of Agriculture – Rural Economic and Community Development, the Maryland Department of the Environment, and the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, and Allegany County. Every municipality was invited to participate. County Commissioner Creade Brodie Jr.:
