Reservations for use of the six covered pavilions located at Constitution Park for the 2021 season will be postponed until a later date, due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic.
Reservations have traditionally been accepted at the beginning of February however, the Cumberland Parks & Recreation Department has decided to postpone the process until State and Local guidelines indicate the eventual opening of these outdoor facilities for the upcoming season.
