Delegate Neil Parrott, a Washington County Republican, made it official on Wednesday- announcing that he will once again be a candidate for Maryland’s Sixth District Congressional seat. Parrott made stops in Oakland, Cumberland, Hagerstown, Frederick and Germantown appearing before groups of supporters and outlining his campaign themes. During his appearance outside of the Allegany County Office Complex, Parrott presented what could be described as the standard Republican playbook- calling for lower taxes; less government and protecting basic freedoms. A familiar theme this year has been a call for “election integrity”…
