One employee has been fired and two suspended without pay after it was discovered the State of West Virginia had continued to pay a Morgantown company almost $1 million dollars in rent after the Department of Health and Human Services left the Middletown Mall.
Governor Jim Justice says the problem dates back to the Earl Ray Tomblin Administration in 2015.
