Potomac Edison has been hit with a number of power outages, the largest of which is affecting the Eckhart area east of Frostburg, where about 250 customers are without electric.
In Allegany County, a total of about 400 customers are without power, with another 100 in Garrett County and about 250 in Hampshire County, WV.
