Burglary Arrest
On June 6, 2018 at approximately 8:54 PM the Cumberland Police responded to a residence in the 600 block of Patterson Avenue for a breaking and entering in progress. When police arrived they spoke with witnesses who observed a male subject enter the residence. They told the police the owner was out of town and nobody was supposed to be inside. Police searched the residence and found Mark Brian Miller, Jr. hiding inside. He was placed under arrest without incident and charged with 4th Degree Burglary. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance pending trial in District Court.
