WARRANT SERVICE

On Saturday June 21, 2014, Cumberland City Police served a bench warrant on Aubrey Woosley, age 20 of Rawlings Maryland.  The warrant was issued as a result of Woosley failing to appear for trial on June 6, 2014 for a previous a criminal arrest for the charge of Possession of Marihuana less than 10 grams.  Woosley was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioners Office for a bond hearing.  Woosley was held on a $3,000.00 dollar bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

CHARGE:  Failure to Appear in Court.

TRESPASSING

On Saturday June 21, 2014, at 8:10 pm, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to the area of East Second Street for a trespassing complaint.  Investigation into this matter revealed Bianca Murphy, age 23 of Cumberland and was found to be on property that she was previously notified not to be on.  Murphy was placed under arrest and was transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing.  She was criminally cited and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGE: Trespassing.

DISTURBANCE

On Saturday June 21, 2014 at 10:48 pm, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to a disturbance at the Canal Place Amphitheater.  Upon arrival officers observed Zachary Gentzler, age 27 of Fort Ashby West Virginia acting in a disruptive manner as his behavior and actions was disturbing the peace and safety of other patrons.  Gentzler was placed under arrest and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing.  Gentzler was criminally cited and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
