Today, Thursday, January 4, 2018, a threatening message was discovered at Allegany High School and immediately reported school administrators. Law enforcement officials from the Cumberland City Police Department, in cooperation with school administrators, investigated the incident, and CPD deemed it to be non-credible. There was no disruption to the instructional day, and students and staff were not in any danger.
