An officer was running stationary radar on Oldtown Rd. when he observed a vehicle being operated at an apparent high rate of speed. The vehicle entered the radar traveling 43 mph in a posted 25 mph zone. The vehicle was stopped and the operator Carrie Ann Parker was contacted. Her information was run through the system and it was discovered that her privilege to drive in the state of Maryland was currently suspended. She was given a warning for the speeding and issued a citation for driving on the suspended license. She was released pending trail in District Court.
