Trespassing Arrest
On January 24, 2016 at approximately 11:34 AM the Cumberland Police responded to a business on George Street in reference to a trespassing complaint. When police arrived they found Paul Michael Harman standing on the business property. Police knew Harman had been served with a no trespassing letter on January 23, 2016 by the property owner and was not allowed on the property. Harman was placed under arrest and taken to the Cumberland Police Department where he was issued a criminal citation. He was released pending trial in District Court.
