February 5th, 2015 Criminal Summons served
On 02/05/15 the Cumberland Police Dept served two criminal summonses on 25 year old Zachariah Kenner of Cumberland. The first incident occurred on 01/10/15 in the 500blk of Columbia Ave. The victim stated that Kenner assaulted him by striking him with a closed fist. The victim did not require medical attention and applied for charges through the District Court resulting in the summons being issued. The second summons resulted from an incident on 01/31/15 also in the 500blk of Columbia Ave where the victim also stated that Kenner had assaulted them. The victim again applied for charges through the District Court resulting in the summons being issued. Kenner was charged with one count of second degree assault in both incidents and was released after signing pending trial in District Court.
February 5th, 2015 Criminal Summons served
On 02/05/15 The Cumberland Police Dept served a criminal summons on 40 year old Eric Sadlowski of Cumberland. The summons stems from an incident which occurred on 01/19/15 at a business located in the 400blk of Virginia Ave. Employees observed a white male place several items of value into his pockets and then leave the store without paying for them. Video surveillance was obtained and the suspect was identified as Sadlowski. An Application for Charges was filed through the District Court resulting in the summons being issued. Sadlowski was charged with one count of Theft Under $100 and was released pending trial in District Court.
