On Thursday the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Christopher Allan Cage for 2nd Degree Assault. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on February 22, 2015 in the 700 block of Elm Street. The assault allegedly occurred after an argument between Cage and another male subject. No injuries occurred as a result of the assault. Cage was served with the criminal summons and released pending trial in District Court.

Criminal Summons for Burglary
On March 26, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Lynda Sue Kasecamp for 4th Degree Burglary and Malicious Destruction of Property for an incident that occurred in the early morning hours of March 26, 2015 on Springdale Street. The Cumberland Police Department had responded to a residence on Springdale Street in reference to a burglary complaint. Investigation determined forced entry had been made into the residence and Kasecamp was identified as the suspect. Kasecamp was served with the criminal summons and released pending trial in District Court.
