On Monday March 24, 2014, Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Alan Herbaugh, age 25 of Cumberland. On March 22, 2014, officers responded to a residence in the 600 block of Maryland Avenue for an assault. Investigation into this matter revealed that Herbaugh allegedly assaulted his girlfriend by punching her in the jaw with a closed fist. Officers observed visible injuries to the victim who did not require medical attention. Herbaugh was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

SUMMONS SERVICE
On Monday March 24, 2014, Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Patty Boggs, age 45 of Cumberland. On March 17, 2014, officers responded to the 300 block of Helen Street where contact was made with the complainant of this incident who advised that Boggs threw a brick through the windshield of his vehicle. Boggs was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGES: Malicious Destruction of Property, Willful Motor Vehicle Damage.
SUMMONS SERVICE
On Monday March 24, 2014, Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on John Mishow, age 46 of Cumberland. On March 15, 2014, officers responded to the corner of Baltimore and Park Street for an assault in progress. Investigation into this matter revealed that Mishow allegedly punched his girlfriend in the stomach and also punched a second female in the chest. Mishow fled the area prior to the officer’s arrival. Neither of the victims required medical attention. Mishow was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
