Criminal Summonses Served
On Tuesday, April 07, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department served two criminal summonses on Ashley Marie Stout-Kasecamp-Silivous. Both summonses are the result of private citizens applying for charges against Stout-Kasecamp-Silivous at District Court.
Arrested:
Ashley Marie Stout-Kasecamp-Silivious – age 27 – Cumberland, MD
Charges:
1st summons; Theft less than $100.00
2nd summons; Theft less than $100.00, Assault 2nd degree, disturb the peace.
Bench Warrant Served
On Tuesday, April 07, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department arrested Janet Sue Ford on a bench warrant. The warrant stems from Ford failing to appear for a court date on an original charge of driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Ford was served with the warrant and taken to District Court for her initial appearance and was released on her personal recognizance.

Bench warrant for failing to appear for court.
Arrest Warrant Served
On Tuesday, April 07, 2015 the Cumberland Police Department arrested Nathaniel Ray Wilson on an arrest warrant. The warrant stems from a domestic assault investigation which took place on April 02, 2015. On that date officers responded to a residence located in the 100 block of Greene Street and made contact with the victim who stated that he was assaulted by his son, Nathaniel Wilson. The victim stated that his son became angry with him because he would not drive him where he wanted to go. The victim stated that Wilson then pushed and shoved him against a wall several times inside the residence. The victim stated that he attempted to call the police for help but Wilson grabbed the phone and threw it on the floor causing it to break. The victim stated that Wilson then fled the area prior to officer’s arrival. Injuries were observed on the victim consistent with his statement about the assault. The victim did not require medical attention. Charges were applied for against Wilson which resulted in the warrant being issued. Wilson was served with the warrant then taken to District Court for his initial appearance and he was released on his personal recognizance.

Charges:
Arrest warrant charging Wilson with second degree assault.
