On Sunday, May 11, 2014 the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Corey Daniel Smith. Both warrants charge Smith with failing to appear for court on two separate cases. Smith was served with the warrants then taken to District Court for his initial appearance. Smith was released on her personal recognizance b y a District Court Commissioner.
